Everyone at this store was amazing! I ordered boots online for myself (7W and received 14M) and my daughter (hers were a size too small - our mistake) and I called the store to ask if they could exchange them. The guy explained on the phone that if I did the exchange in the store (no store refunds for online orders in store), then absolutely no more exchanges or refunds could be done either in store or online. A few days later we went into the store and the girls in there were so patient with us. They again explained the no more refunds or exchanges if done at the store level and can only exchange for exact same thing in different size. So I exchanged mine and my daughter realized hers just weren't going to work. So we decided to get her a new pair at the store and mail the ones we bought online back for a refund. The girls were very busy and so patient and helped her get a different pair, exchange my size, and get us out of there in a short amount of time. They were great!

My sales associate was super friendly and even made a couple suggestions I ended up going with the size she suggested and even bought some cute laces I would definitely make the drive to this location again

I have always loved Dr. Martens since I was a teenager, so it really makes me happy how accessible these stores have become nowadays! I came here with my fiancé on Nov 17 with really no intention of buying any shoes, but rather trying some on! Allie greeted us at the door and had us wait a bit so the store would clear up and we’d have a great shopping experience. While waiting, she chatted us up a bit and was super kind— made the 5ish minutes we waited go by like nothing!

Went in to window shop and was upfront about it. Ali ended up helping me a ton with knowledgeable recommendations even without the promise of a sale. I'm absolutely coming back later to buy a few pairs now thanks to her help!

I just got off the phone with Leilani, a store manager in Irvine. She was OUTSTANDING. She took the time to explain a few things to me about ordering online and sizing, knowing that I live 1.5 hours away and was not going to shop in her store. She could have brushed me off it been curt, but she was just so helpful. Big props to Leilani, truly, thank you.

Lovely place to get the coolest kinds of shoes! Service staff were knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Particularly Irene, who was very knowledgeable about the products and their care. This made all the difference in our shopping experience. My partner and I left with a pair of shoes each that we absolutely LOVE! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Latisha was super sweet and attentive the second I walked through the door. She gave me space and helped me at the right moments. I hadn’t bought Doc Martens in a while and her guidance made everything so much easier to find my shoe preference. All in all everyone was super nice, thank you guys again!

This is my first time owning a pair of Docs, and I'm very happy with what I ended up with. This past year I've been trying to upgrade my entire wardrobe from the ground up. In my case, I actually when "up ground". I had already gotten a lot of top and bottom pieces I really liked, but something I was missing was a good, more upscale kind of shoe to match them. On the hunt for a nice pair of shoes, I started to notice that a lot of people's outfits I liked, they wore Doc Martens. I don't really like shopping online, so I went to this location.
